Goldfields Environment Month

June was Goldfields Environment Month. The month was organised by KBULG, with events and activities encouraging community involvement.

GEM activities included:

  •  Arbor Day - Day Of Trees - Friday 7 June 2002
  •  Annual Community Tree Planting Day – Saturday 8 June 2002
  •  Guided Bushland Walks In Karlkurla Park
  •  Junior Landcare Drawing Competition
